Studio General Manager
Club Pilates is seeking a Studio Manager in Huntington Beach.

We are seeking a motivated individual to lead the sales process, take initiative to drive studio results and grow and develop a team.


Responsibilities:


  • Ability to lead in sales of memberships, private training packages and retail sales.
  • Demonstrate the ability to hire, lead, motivate and manage a team to hit operational and financial objectives.
  • Drive Financial Results by leading Membership sales to hit monthly targets.
  • Illustrate the ability to make optimal decisions on a daily basis and under pressure.
  • Schedule and participate in networking/community events and Onsite events to drive Membership sales.
  • Resultsdriven GM with a focus on problemsolving, driving innovation, and achieving measurable outcomes for organizational success
  • Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
  • Review instructor performance.
  • Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
  • Collect outstanding dues
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to the club.
  • Create, communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees as needed.
  • Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible.
  • Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
  • Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:


  • 2+ years sales required, preferably in Fitness Industry
  • Previous management experience required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with Regional Manager
  • Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement.
  • An affinity and passion for fitness.
  • Solid writing and grammar skills.
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with coworkers, clients and the general public.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:


  • This position offers a very competitive base salary; based on Experience & Performance.
  • Unlimited growth potential as well within the company.
  • Bonus pay based off of performance.

Salary:
$68, $88,000.00 per year
