Compensation:

BOE
- scheduling FOH employees
- staff relations (human resources)
- quality control, training assistance
- planning of special events
- addressing and resolving customer concerns and issues
- hiring and termination of employees
- concise communication and reporting to the rest of staff
- basic computer operations
- assist with the daily operations both FOH and BOH
- social media and marketing

• Desired qualifications:
• 4+years restaurant experience
• 3+years restaurant management experience

- ability to think and act quickly
- logical and social problem solving skills
- excellent verbal and written communication
- computer proficient
- full availability; regularly able to work 45-50 hours a week

Pay will be based on qualifications and experience. We are looking to hold interviews immediately.
