    Description
    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Description:

    Respond to customer requests for technical assistance (email, phone, video call, or in person)Maintain post-sales services such as Preventive Maintenance contractsDocument all repairs and work with equipment using company softwareSchedule and manage appointments, calls, and meetingsPerform configuration and testing of new equipmentMaintain a small inventory of service parts and tools at your home-based office locationAssist with trade show set up or tear down as requiredTravel to France to learn manufacture and QC techniques of instruments

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills, problem solving skills, and ability to understand how equipment worksSolid electrical troubleshooting skills and ability to read electrical schematicsAbility to use software such as Outlook, MS Office, WhatsApp, MSTeam, ZoomPhysically able to install and move equipment (using appropriate pallet jack) weighing up to lbs.Open to 80% travel
