What We ValueWe are seeking a receptionist for our Intake Sales Department. The receptionist plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. This position involves managing the front desk and ensuring a positive experience for all who interact with the company. The Receptionist will greet visitors: determine the purpose of each visit and interact with prospective clients via telephone and email to help retain the potential client in need of legal representation. This position will require direct communication with visitors, clients, and attorneys. The receptionist must have the ability to work quickly and accurately to document client information. Successful candidates in this role will be empathetic, comfortable in a fast-paced call center environment, and excited to learn.
