- Lead strategy implementation at select corporate Tier locations to ensure adoption of equipment for all programs.
- Map and define Tiers for OEMs and upcoming major programs, identifying new players in the market.
- Define market potential for company within the Tier market and identify necessary products and solutions to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with Global Key Account Managers to align strategy and product approach at Tiers globally.
- Act as the local sales expert for applicable products, solutions, and services offerings at select Tiers.
- Conduct regular plant visits with Key Account Managers outside of Michigan to provide coaching, define sales strategy, and secure critical programs.
- Develop a yearly Tiers Business Plan and sales materials to implement the Tier strategy at applicable accounts.
- Participate in sales strategy discussions for decision makers outside the US or when dealing with Integrators/MTBs.
- Work with the Proposal Team to standardize product offerings to Tiers.
- Establish blanket price agreements and negotiate pricing for applicable Tiers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in dispensing processes and equipment as well as vision systems, and fastening.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or strategy roles within the industrial automation sector.
- Strong understanding of Tier market dynamics and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

Our client is looking for a capital equipment Account Manager. You will play a pivotal role in driving our strategy and market penetration efforts at select corporate Tier locations.
