About the role – Technical Support EngineerXpoint provides geofencing technology solutions to detect and circumvent cases of fraud, false data, spoofing and device tampering to comply with geo-compliance regulations in the sports betting and gaming industry.
Xpoint is looking for a Technical Engineer to join our international team to provide B2B support to our clients in the iGaming industry.
As we build solutions to meet the needs of our clients, effective support is a critical aspect of ensuring our success.
What will you do:
Provide technical support services to clients by phone, email, and slack.
Investigate errors and logs and provide in-depth analysis across clients and internal teams
Alert the Network Operations Centre (NOC) and SRE teams about technical complaints and incidents affecting Xpoint's clients and services
Responding to events and technical problems in real time
Support clients integrated across native, react and web SDKs
Act as a focal point for client issues, assisting and diverting requests to the appropriate department
What are we looking for:
Experience in technical customer support or NOC in a high-tech industry
Experience in the iGaming industry preferable
Experience working with international clients on a B2B basis
Experience troubleshooting issues, analyzing, and producing reports, investigating logs
Basic programming and web development skills with communication protocols knowledge
Ability to communicate complex technical issues to key individuals
