- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and support to help them achieve their sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base and increase revenue within the luxury commercial transportation market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation network companies, the Limo Service Workers Union, and other key industry partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize our sales approach
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Participate in contract negotiations and closing deals with high-value clients
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our services and expand our network
- Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the transportation or luxury services industry
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Deep understanding of the transportation industry, including key players, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in sales-related software and tools, such as CRM systems and data analysis platforms
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
