General Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients and agencies and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics
  • Work proactively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Serve as the primary point of contact managing all aspects of digital media campaigns including planning, execution, campaign reporting and analysis
  • Collaborate with game studio counterparts to increase business and digital channel education within the team and establish best practices for clients
  • Build an indepth knowledge of how gaming advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Education/ Years of Experience/ Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or other relevant field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or media
  • Experience working in digital media or gaming platforms
- (or commensurate combination of experience and education)


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (KSAO's)

  • Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns
  • Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including objection handling and competitive selling
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, and/or clients
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context
  • Demonstrated ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy
  • Knowledge of the advertising ecosystems including social media, mobile apps, digital and brand marketing
  • The ability to establish professional and effective working relationships with people throughout all levels of the organization
