    **Customer Service Representative (A-Affordable Insurance)**

    **A-Affordable Insurance Agency - Worcester, MA - Full Time**

    Affordable Insurance, an **Acrisure** agency partner, is currently seeking a full-time **Customer Service Representative** to add to the team. * Ability to meet metrics assigned to this position regarding abandonment rates, talk time and speed of answer for inbound calls

    Conducting inbound and outbound calls regarding insurance policies with policyholders and providers

    Actively solicit increases in coverage or rounding out accounts through sales to clients at every service contact

    Working together as a team to support the Sales Department to allow for maximum opportunity of revenue generation

    Maintain a positive attitude providing a pleasant place to work and increased productivity

    Ability to multi-task

    Miscellaneous clerical duties

    Stay current and understand company underwriting guidelines and rules for all carriers

    Computer documentation of every telephone call

    **Competencies:** * Associates degree or equivalent, preferred

    At least 3 years of customer service/call center or sales experience, preferred

    You must be friendly and provide professional service with a smile

    Must be organized and competent navigating multiple computer screens and websites, think multi-tasking

    Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese are not required, but are a plus

    Candidates with prior insurance agency experience are preferred

    Strong customer service skills

    Ability to type 50+ wpm

    Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions

    Maintains stable performance when under heavy pressure or stress

    Exhibits passion and excitement over work, has a can-do attitude

    Possesses a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes long hours to get the job done

    Often solicits feedback and reacts calmly to criticism or negative feedback
