CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:


Job Duties:

  • Professionally answer incoming calls and texts for multiple businesses
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identifying customer needs to provide topnotch customer service
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to senior management
  • Transferring calls to the appropriate colleague
  • Taking payments and deposits for events or other activities

  • Must be a friendly, helpful person
  • Must possess excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Must have a computer, headphones, reliable WiFi, and a quiet space to work
  • Weekend availability is a MUST.
  • A willingness to go above and beyond for each customer
- at least 1-year customer service experience

We currently operate 19 businesses across New England and New York, including franchise locations of My Gym Children's Fitness Center, Launch Entertainment Park, Club Elevate, Abbott's Frozen Custard, Wimbledon 109, and The Newport Venture a Newport, RI real estate company.
This is a remote position.


Compensation:
$ $18.00 per hour
