Job Role:
  • Manage high volume of incoming calls
  • Provide precise and comprehensive information to customers
  • Address complaints, offer suitable solutions, and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents
  • Respond to inquiries about warranties and sales terms
  • Collaborate with customer service manager to enhance service quality
  • Close or open call records as necessary
  • Generate reports on overall customer satisfaction levels
  • Resolve customer issues via phone
  • Support order processing and timely delivery of products and spare parts
  • Ensure accurate information in the online product portal
  • Assist with product replacements and returns
  • Handle delivery inquiries
  • Prepare product/service reports by gathering and analyzing customer data

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in customer support
  • Proficient in phone communication and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Customer-focused with the ability to adapt to various personalities
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
