currently looking for a Customer Service Representative at our Uxbridge, MA location.

Your Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from customers, ensuring their needs are met with a friendly attitude and willingness to assist
• Support retail customers and contractors by providing design assistance, processing orders, and addressing any follow-up inquiries
• Retrieve product samples and load them into customers' vehicles
• Manage transactions, process payments, and reconcile daily balances
• Confirm orders for invoicing and updates on product status
• Assist with various mailings, especially pre-season activities
• Conduct checks on tractor-trailer loads for accuracy before delivery
• Match authorized contractors with homeowner requests through the leads program
• Participate in cycle counting and annual yard counts
• Assist with onsite homeowner clearance sale events
• Other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills, keen attention to detail, and accuracy
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and build relationships with customers
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds
