    Event CoordinatorThis is an exciting opportunity to join a growing global company in the cloud-based software industry As our Event Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind our presence at 20+ trade shows. From pre-planning to post-show analysis, you'll be at the forefront of our brand's success.
    Responsibilities:
    • Research, recommend, and manage marketing-related events for 20+ trade shows.
    • Own assigned trade shows and ensure all tasks are complete by the event deadlines
    • Manage end-to-end logistics from contract negotiations, pre and post-event marketing, event set-up and teardown in addition to overseeing trade show inventory and booth assets
    • Help track, measure, and report our standard metrics across event marketing efforts.
    • Represent the company at trade shows and other activities as needed.
    • Support the events team with the planning and execution of company events
    • Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the team goals and objectives
    Requirements:
    • 2-5 years of trade show or event marketing experience
    • Ability to work under tight deadlines
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Experience negotiating contracts and handling complex budgets
    • Owner mentality; willing to jump in and help with special projects
    • Excellent project management and organization skills
    • Sense of urgency, and ability to deliver results in tight timeline
    • Proven track record of successful event planning and execution
    • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
    • Experience using Salesforce, Marketo and Asana
    Pay Rate:
    • $40-$45.30/hour
