What You'll Be Doing

  • Support Fooda events in a variety of capacities, including: 1.) being onsite to setup, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, problemsolve, and ensure high quality setup and customer experience, 2.) serve as backup cashier at Fooda Cafés for team members who have time off, and 3.) getting restaurants onsite and access to the building
  • Gain competency with Fooda's technology and standard operations procedures
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with pointofsale (POS) system, onsite technology, and TV menu boards
  • Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and mobile app coaching
  • Provide realtime onsite customer service to resolve issues promptly directly with the consumer
  • Facilitate audits of restaurant event setup to ensure consistency and high quality
  • Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary to keep them informed or help problem solve
  • Critical hours are over lunch Tuesday
  • Thursday (10 am 2 pm) but responsibilities may span 8am4pm, depending on the market and need

Who You Are:


  • You love building relationships with customers and enjoy customer service
  • You are friendly, high energy and love interacting with other people
  • You are savvy with technology and will be comfortable in a fastpaced startup
  • You are resourceful, exhibit grace under pressure, and know you're capable of finding solutions
  • You are a strong communicator and selfstarter
  • You are organized and detail oriented. Type-A personality is a plus
  • You're someone who knows the local territory and gets around efficiently in your own car
  • You're looking for a steady parttime job (between hours per week) during regular business hours and value flexibility
  • Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred
