- Delegate and direct service tasks, monitor the progress of current projects, and manage service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met
- Perform administrative tasks, such as manage and update billing, process material orders, and track relevant profit and loss reports
- Maintain service job board and evaluating its efficiency
- Resolve service problems and improve methods to increase productivity and customer service.
- Uphold customer service SOP's to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company's adherence to these regulations, and remaining current on the industry's standards and new innovations, materials and tools
- Manage all external service providers and review yearly contracts as needed to be able to maximize profitability
- Monitor top tier customer problems to ensure a high level of response time and proper problem resolutions
- Monitor timecards and maintain fair schedules while tracking the calendar for holidays and emergency changes
- A bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field or an equivalent amount of experience in the construction industry
- Previous sales and management experience preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service
- OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
- Working knowledge of Windows computers, essential programs, and performance metrics applications
- Demonstrated ability and proven track record of effective marketing campaigns and employee management
- Must have a valid drivers license
