    Was du bei uns bewegst
    Beratung und analytische Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung und des Category Managements bei der Definition, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Pricing- und Promotionstrategie
    Kundenbedürfnisse, Wettbewerbsorientierung und Wirtschaftlichkeit in der Preissetzung im Aktions- und Normalpreisgeschäft nachhaltig miteinander in Einklang bringen
    Analyse komplexer Daten und adressatengerechtes Aufbereiten deiner Handlungsempfehlungen - für den operativen User ebenso wie zur Entscheidungsvorlage im Top-Management
    Weiterentwicklung anwenderorientierter Tools, Reports und Prozesse
    Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Ad-Hoc Fragestellungen und Mitarbeit in Sonderprojekten
    Partnerschaftliche Zusammenarbeit mit den Category Managern, regionalen Vertretern und weiteren Stakeholdern auf Augenhöhe durch eine offene und proaktive Kommunikation

    Was uns überzeugt
    Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor / Master) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einem verwandten Studiengang
    (Erste) Berufserfahrung im Bereich Handel/Konsumgüter, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Category Management
    Souveränes Auftreten und Kommunikationsstärke mit gutem Fingerspitzengefühl
    Spaß an der Analyse großer Datenmengen und dem Durchdringen komplexer Fragestellungen
    Fähigkeit, Ergebnisse zielgruppengerecht auf den Punkt kommunizieren
    Sehr routinierte MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint)
    Absolute Teamplayer und Freude an der gemeinsamen Erreichung von Zielen
    Interesse an Lebensmitteln und Produkten des täglichen Bedarfs
    Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
