    JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES

    The Office of Chief Counsel supports various functions within the office, including managing Public Records Act (PRA) requests. The Legal Unit is tasked with developing regulatory proposals for Proposition 65 and collaborating with the Attorney General's Office on legal matters.

    As a part of the team, the Senior Legal Analyst is responsible for summarizing legal opinions, conducting legal research, preparing documents, and maintaining communication with legal and technical staff.
