    Job Description and Duties

    The Department of Managed Health Care's Office of Enforcement represents the Department in actions to enforce health care laws. They have an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to support the Office of Enforcement by managing eDiscovery, handling litigation caseloads, and supervising legal support staff.

    Essential Functions of this Position include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Managing all aspects of discovery for attorneys
    • Assessing legal issues and evaluating documents for evidentiary value
    • Running reports from legal applications
    • Performing complex paralegal duties
    • Providing consultative services

    Working Conditions

    The Department of Managed Health Care utilizes a hybrid telework model to accommodate all employees, ensuring business needs are met.
