Job Description and Duties:
Reporting to the Fiscal Unit Manager, the Associate Accounting Analyst works independently at the full journey level. They are responsible for maintaining intricate accounting records for all California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank funds, along with related accounting tasks. The IBank is subject to an annual external audit and issues a comprehensive financial report. The Associate Accounting Analyst leads the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). They also address accounting and auditing issues linked to state and federal funding, engaging in professional accounting activities to establish and manage records for complex IBank funds.
Working Conditions:
This role is hybrid, allowing for a telework schedule with in-person reporting at the Sacramento headquarters twice a week.
