A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR PART-TIME ENTRY-LEVEL HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST
As our Human Resource Specialist, you have the essential role of ensuring that we have a capable and happy workforce.
You enthusiastically administer our HR functions, including recruitment, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, initial training, and orientations. One of your primary goals is to build relationships within our agency to foster growth and customer service objectives. You manage full lifecycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding. Innovative and creative, you deliver fun and engaging multi-day new-hire virtual orientation classes. You manage all eLearning employee training, including course enrollments and completion statistics, via our learning management system.Collaborating with other team members, you decide which clients to place new hires with.
To meet individual care needs, you develop and adjust schedules for direct support professionals and leads, making confirmation calls as needed to ensure that shifts are covered.
You also ensure the accuracy of time reports.With attention to detail, you keep secure, up-to-date, and accurate client and personnel files that are in compliance with all regulations and policies.
You participate in and help set up for meetings. On occasion, you assist with emergency direct support coverage. You get a great deal of satisfaction out of helping us maintain a professional atmosphere that is also a fun place to workQUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR ENTRY-LEVEL HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST
One year of caregiving experience
One year of recruiting experience
One year of experience in a fast-paced office environment
Knowledge about recruiting strategies
Professional telephone etiquette
Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn our home care software
Ability to perform functions virtually
Ability to pass a background check
Excellent customer service experience

PART-TIME WORK SCHEDULE
This part-time HR and recruiting position will
only need to come into the office twice a week . Serving in a
weekly on-call schedule
