- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in in Accounting or Finance) from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of years of experience in Finance
- Minimum 5 years' experience in FP&A or operations finance working with key stakeholders
- Experience working in a cross functional or matrix environment
- Established analytical and project management ability with a simplification / automation / digitization mindset
- Strong communication, analytical skills and critical thinking
- Knowledge of Oracle, HFM, OneStream or Power BI is a positive
What will your typical day look like? - Gatekeeper of Mining finance. Work closely with the Mining commercial and operational finance leaders to support monthly reporting, forecasting and annual budgeting/STRAP processes.
- Monitor and effectively communicate financial results, KPIs and performance analysis with cross functional partners and executive leadership.
- Prepare analysis, providing insight on budget vs actuals, performance trend, leading indicators and benchmarks to achieve business optimization.
- Continuously improve reporting frameworks, tools and processes to improve efficiency.
- Drive automation and standardization of processes to improve organizational effectiveness.

How will you make a difference?
This is a high visibility role supporting Mining Leadership with adept analytics to drive business strategy, sustained growth, and operational execution. The FP&A leader will partner with the Mining CFO in anticipating and serving the evolving needs of the business to maximize profitability and cash.
