    We are currently recruiting for full and part-time positions in our dental offices. We are looking for team members who are compassionate, attentive, and driven to assist our patients and communities.

    At Gentle Dental, our Treatment Coordinators oversee patients' entire journey from clinical diagnosis to treatment approval. They effectively communicate financial plans and available options based on the recommended treatment, guiding patients towards achieving a joyful and healthy smile.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of front office experience in a dental setting.
    • Proficient in computer skills (experience with Denticon/QSI is a plus).
    • Being bilingual is advantageous but not mandatory
    • Prior experience in presenting Treatment Plans and discussing service costs is preferred.

    Schedule:

    Full-time, 35-40 hours per week

    Four to five days per week
