Job Overview:
Duties:
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and communicate treatment plans to patients
- Schedule appointments and followups for patients based on treatment recommendations
- Assist patients in understanding their treatment options and cost.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
Requirements:
- Experience in a dental office setting is preferred with prior treatment coordinator experienced. Preferably in presenting large $30,000 + treatment plans.
- Proficiency in dental terminology and administrative support tasks in Dentrix.
- Strong organizational and professional skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of office procedures and basic computer skills
Pay:
$ $34.00 per hour
