The Treatment Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice by managing patient treatment plans and coordinating appointments.

• Utilize dental software systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and eClinicalWorks to manage patient records and treatment plans effectively.
• Coordinate with patients to schedule appointments, followups, and treatments.
• Provide administrative support at the front desk by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and managing medical scheduling.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure accurate documentation of medical records.
• Assist in explaining treatment options, costs, and insurance coverage to patients.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area for patients.

• Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator or similar role in a medical office setting.
• Proficiency in using dental software systems like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and eClinicalWorks.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
