    Description
    We are hiring an Order Processing Clerk for a growing distribution business in the Garner area In this role, you will be responsible for the logistical processing of customer orders which includes coordination with vendors, sales staff, customer service representatives, billing representatives, warehouse, receiving and shipping departments.     Responsibilities:
    - Processing order/data entry
    - Addressing day to day customer needs and requests filtering to the appropriate department or position.
    - Working with operations and sales to resolve customer service issues.
    - Managing and executing new customer setup and continual providing continual customer support.
    - Ensuring we follow vendor compliance charges.
    - Ensuring vendor information is complete in the system.
    - Working with Clients to set up and test shipping document requirements (ie Labels, including special compliance labels, BOL, Reports

    Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

    Skills:
    - Ability to use several Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) effectively to record,
    process and ship orders.
    - Professional phone manner and communication skills.

    Education:
    No Degree Required

    Experience:
    1-4 years

    Qualifications:
    - Knows MS Office Applications
