Your tasks

  • Processing of leasing returns and invoicing of bodywork
  • Preparation of internal orders and workshop orders
  • Order acceptance and processing (internal and external repairs)
  • Capacity check before assigning orders and external services
  • Control of workshop order documents
  • Creation of customer invoices including explanation to client companies
  • First point of contact for client
