Responsibilities:

  • Customer and contract management no new customer acquisition
  • Processing customer inquiries
  • Tender, offer, and application creation
  • Claims processing reporting and following up on claims
  • Correspondence with insurance companies or pools
  • Data and document management in our modern broker management program
  • Support in preparing and following up on customer appointments and meetings
  • Implementation of customer retention activities
  • General administrative tasks
  • Support for management

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training, ideally as an insurance and finance clerk (m/f/d)
  • Knowledge and experience in the insurance industry preferred (new graduates also welcome)
