- Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure the College's supply needs are met based on the evolution of learner kits and the courses that correlate to them.
- Communicates vendor details, concerns, gaps, and delivery changes in a timely manner with all stakeholders.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and find resolution in a timely manner.
- Escalates concerns that deviate from standard practices to all appropriate stakeholders.
- Attends all meetings and professional development activities as required.
- Participates in the successful implementation of functional projects as they arise.
- A minimum of a four-year degree from an accredited institution or relevant profession experience is required.
- Demonstrated experience providing customer service to multiple stakeholders is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in supply chain analysis is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in professional, written communication is required.
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint is strongly preferred.
