Qualifications for this position require:

  • Previous Experience in Property Management involving multiunit and various property types (from Single Family to Condos to Mixed Use).
  • Familiarity with building components and repair/maintenance requirements.
  • Familiarity with SF and California State Rental Laws, Health and Safety Regulations, Pass Throughs, RUBs Bill Backs and Standard Practices.

  • You will Need to Drive to Meet with Tenants, Vendors, Contractors and Help Run Errands (fully insured).
  • The Ability to Organize, File, and Sort Real Estate Related Documents and Other Paperwork (you must be able to handle and don't mind or even welcome a good amount of paperwork).


  • Computer Proficient

  • Building P&L, Budgeting, MS Suite (especially Excel for budgeting and projections), Appfolio (or similar PM software), Adobe Acrobat and the Ability to Quickly Learn and use other Industry Related Software.

Primary responsibilities for this position entails:

  • Answer Tenant Repair Requests and Coordinate with Tenants to Schedule Repairs and Maintenance Issues and Follow up to Ensure the Repairs are Satisfactorily Completed.
  • Coordinate upgrades needed for unit turnovers and remodeling.
  • Prepare annual Budget and assist in generating monthly Owner Statements for each property under management.
  • Assist in Marketing vacant units for lease (Help with creating flyers, advertising signage, media marketing, rent surveys, etc.).
  • Help to Update Property Management Files (paper and electronic) and Upload Documents to our Databases.
  • Keeping all Stakeholders Involved Informed and up to Date.
The following skills are not required but are a plus:

  • A Real Estate License (we can sponsor you to get your license if you are motivated). Knowledge of MLS, Form Fillers, Docusign, Quicken/Quick Books, etc...
  • Ability to speak Spanish/Chinese.

Pay:
$70,000.00 per year
