    • Austin, TXDescriptionThe Account Sales Manager (ASM) function is to increase product sales and placement at all large & small format "off premise" stores.
    The primary role of the ASM is to effectively service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner to Red Bull executional standards.
    Chaparral Distributing, LLC's central warehouse is located in Austin, TX, where it began operations in April 2006.

    It operates 28 routes that service over 1,500 customers throughout the Austin Metro area and into the Texas Hill Country with a team of 51 dedicated employees.

    Chaparral's north Austin warehouse is located in Pflugerville which operates 14 of the 28 routes.


    Duties/Responsibilities:
    Delivers product to correct addresses, obtaining signatures and proof of delivery.
    Manage Red Bull products in assigned accounts by following designed route.
    Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts.
    Ensure that all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
    Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with your customers to increase sales and selling space.
    Evaluate all competitors' activities such as new launches and price reductions and communicate with District Manager.


    Meet monthly KPI's for:
    sales, distribution, pricing, displays, new accounts and other merchandising components.

    Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product and set proper brand flow following Red Bull standards.

    Collaborate with members of the RBNA Sales and DP Team's to develop and execute programs.
    Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices. Act as a major contributor/leader among peer group.

    Ensures that delivery vehicle receives basic service according to maintenance schedule; reports larger service needs and mechanical issues to supervisor.

    Operates truck according to applicable state and federal transportation laws.
    Maintains signed invoices, bills, and other required paperwork, delivers documentation to appropriate staff when delivery is complete.
    Build and protect the Red Bull brand.

    Additional language skills an advantageEducation and Experience:
    High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
    Must hold a clear commercial driver's license or be able to get one within 60 days of hire.
    Clear background and drug testing.
    Knowledge of the beverage market preferred.
    Preferred prior sales experience.


    Physical Requirements:
    Ability to regularly lift and move 50lbs. including lifting over your head.
    Ability to push/pull with use of dolly up to 50 pounds.
    Prolonged periods of sitting while drivingAbility to stand and walk frequently.

    Employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.

    Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

    Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

    Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions.
    Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
