    KOMPAN is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead the inside sales representatives team at our U.S. headquarters in Austin, Texas.
    This role will work closely with our Director of Pre-Sales Operations to build and expand the team, onboard new members, and develop the inside sales model for more direct territories.

    Who We Are
    For over 50 years, KOMPAN has been innovating commercial playground equipment and outdoor fitness sites that engage all ages and abilities.
    In collaboration with our Danish headquarters, KOMPAN designs, manufactures, and installs over 1,000 sites monthly across 90 countries. Our North American headquarters in Austin supports sales across the U.S. and Canada.
    At KOMPAN, we are dedicated to global environmental efforts, using recycled materials to create green playground solutions.

    Responsibilities
    • Lead and manage an inside sales team to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Coach and develop the team to enhance performance and sales skills
    • Develop sales strategies to drive revenue and customer engagement
    • Collaborate with other teams to support overall business goals
    • Analyze sales data for insights and implement growth initiatives
    • Research industry trends and competitor activities
    • Enhance sales administration processes
    • Provide sales forecasts and key metrics
    • Foster open communication and motivate team members
    • Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
    • 5+ years managing inside sales teams
    • Experience in training inside sales staff
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to motivate and execute processes
    • Organized, accountable, and proactive
    • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
