    Description

    The Company: iTurity is a provider of repair solutions to school districts using Chromebooks, Laptops, iPads and other mobile devices in and out of their classrooms.

    Compensation: $50,000/year salary + commissions (personal and team growth based)

    $85,000-100,000 Year 1 OTE, $100,000-130,000 Year 2 OTE

    Summary: iTurity is seeking a Selling Sales Manager. This sales manager will have the responsibility of managing our growing sales team, while also acquiring their own accounts.

    This position should initially prioritize their time developing their own accounts/learning our market while also making time each week to manage, train and coach our existing entry level sales team.

    The right candidate for this role will eventually move into a more traditional sales manager role and will be responsible for the hiring and growth of our sales division.

    Responsibilities:

    Close and grow personal sales through professional communication

    Prospect potential customers

    Learn our existing sales techniques and create new, improved ones

    Oversee and direct the performance of the sales team

    Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics

    Hiring and training of new sales representatives

    Requirements:

    Must be able to pass a background check. (We work exclusively with K-12 school districts and site visits may be required)

    Bright, energetic professional with communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and moving priorities.

    Naturally inclined selling skills and techniques.
