    Job Description:

    As a Sales Manager - you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue. You will lead our sales team, develop sales strategies, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your goal is to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our company.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
    2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to maximize their effectiveness.
    3. Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and attending industry events to acquire new clients and projects.
    4. Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
    5. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our artificial turf products and their applications to provide expert advice to clients.
    6. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our artificial turf solutions.
    7. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
    8. Order Processing: Oversee the processing of orders and ensure efficient communication between sales and operations teams.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the artificial turf or construction industry.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
    • Knowledge of artificial turf products and their applications is a plus.
