Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and performance

Skills:


  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and outside sales
  • Ability to manage a highperforming sales team
  • Strong understanding of technology sales and market trends
  • Excellent account management skills
  • Leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team towards success

Pay:

  • Base + Commission

Pay:
$41, $100,477.67 per year
