Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and performance
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and outside sales
- Ability to manage a highperforming sales team
- Strong understanding of technology sales and market trends
- Excellent account management skills
- Leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team towards success
Pay:
- Base + Commission
Pay:
$41, $100,477.67 per year
