    The focus of Hillsboro Technical Operations (HTO) is Drug Product manufacturing (Component Prep & Compounding, Liquid/Lyophilized Filling, Automated/Manual Inspection, Packaging/Finished Products Warehousing, and Distribution.)



    The Opportunity:


    We are looking for a collaborative, inspiring and motivated individual to join the Hillsboro Technical Operations Materials Management team as a Business Systems Analyst I, with a focus on the areas of SAP master data and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system advancement.

    You will collaborate with suppliers and customers to address system improvement or upgrade topics in the areas of Master Data

    You will develop and manage SAP Master data recipes

    You will support site readiness tracking and preparation as needed

    You will provide technical solutions to a variety of problems of varying scope and complexity

    You will coordinate and participate in or lead Data Strategy meetings with site and network representatives

    You will adhere to change management processes to ensure data accuracy is maintained across systems

    You will provide analysis and reporting of data to manage key performance indicators

    You will translate business requirements to technical specifications and collaborate with key stakeholders to complete requests

    You will support creation or conduct training on usage, enhancements and changes to business systems

    You will ffectively plan material requirements utilizing business system (ERP) software and act as a focal point for resolving site material planning issues

    You will perform work with limited direction and guidance, with general instructions on new assignments


    Who you are:
    You hold a B.A. or B.S. degree (preferably in Life Science) or equivalent experience in a related industry

    You have a fundamental working knowledge of supply chain management, safety, quality systems, and quality assurance concepts is required including the application of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)

    You possess strong analytical skills and understanding of systems and technical designs

    You have a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally

    You have a demonstrated ability to quickly learn a broad range of skills
