- Compensation range of $17-$20 per hour

- Be the first point of contact for any clients or visitors that walk into the office.
- Respond to owner emails and phone calls within 24-48 hours, forwarding calls to the appropriate party if unable to assist.
- Provide owners with requested forms (ARC Applications, Gate Entry Forms, Clubhouse Rental Forms, ACH etc.).
- Update owner, tenant, and/or property manager contact information in systems (email addresses, cell phone numbers, etc.).
- Assist with processing ARC applications and review to ensure all necessary documents are submitted.
- Process checks and payments received and apply to owners accounts.
- Track usage and order office supplies as needed.
- Maintain logs (copies, postage, etc.).
- Daily sorting and distribution of mail, including scanning and filing documents.
- Cleaning, organizing and maintaining the reception area and conference room.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.).
- Experience with Vantaca (preferred not required).
- Advanced communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to plan ahead and consistently multitask.
