    A company in the mining industry located in Tucson, Arizona is looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist to add to their growing team.

    As the Senior IT Support Specialist, you'll play a key part in maintaining our networks and applications, ensuring seamless operation across multiple locations.

    We're looking for someone with exceptional technical expertise and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

    Required Skills & Experience
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 7+ years of experience (or equivalent).
    A+, Microsoft, and Cisco certifications preferred.
    Proficiency in networking concepts, operating systems, and TCP/IP protocols.
    Extensive experience with VoIP, L3 switching/routing, network management tools, and Cisco hardware.
    Thorough understanding of Microsoft Server environments, Exchange server environments, Active Directory, and LDAP.

    Desired Skills & Experience

    Strong knowledge of QoS techniques and implementation.
    Experience with procurement, contract management, and administrative support.
    Familiarity with software licensing and asset management.
