    Make an Impact/ The role:


    As a Senior Marketing Campaign Manager at Adjust, you will be pivotal in driving customer acquisition through a multifaceted approach spanning all marketing channels.

    You will craft and refine user journeys to enhance conversion rates, and leverage segmentation strategies to personalize messaging. You will ensure cohesive customer experiences and continuously optimize campaign effectiveness, ultimately delivering measurable pipeline growth and revenue improvements.


    Empower Your Potential/ Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute a comprehensive prospect nurture strategy to drive customer acquisition across emails, paid digital, landing pages, outreach sequences, social media, blogs, PR and eventsMap out the entire user journey and create a strategy to improve user experience and conversion rates along the journeyDevelop and refine customer segmentation strategies based on behavior and engagement metrics, ensuring personalized messaging that resonates with different audience segmentsEnsure marketing campaigns engage and convert target audiences, optimizing message content, timing, and segmentation to achieve high open and click-through ratesImplement A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve the effectiveness of campaignsCollaborate closely with other departments such as creative, product marketing, content, and sales to ensure a cohesive customer journey and consistent messagingLeverage performance data to optimize engagement with landing pages and other marketing assets to improve conversion rates Regularly evaluate and report on the performance of campaigns in terms of engagement, pipeline and influenced revenueBring Your Knowledge/ Experience & Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or a related role Strong understanding of B2B growth marketing principles, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth Strong analytical and data-driven skills with experience in data analysis and reporting Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written A passion for innovation, creativity and staying on top of emerging trends in digital marketingExperience in the mobile marketing field is preferred, but not requiredEnhance Your Experience / Perks & Benefits:Opportunity to make an impact on the ad-tech industry working for a forward-thinking leader in the spaceInternational, diverse teams with a strong focus on transparency, feedback and funEducation opportunities for ongoing professional development & continuous learningCompany onboarding program where you'll learn the ins-and-outs of our product with your fellow newbiesFlexible workplace policy, allowing you to work either from home or our office space Generous vacation policy with flexible vacation daysAdjust covers 100% of health/dental/vision insurance for employees and 80% for dependents (with a $1,400 cap)Support for families that provides a $10,000 stipend to cover fertility, adoption, surrogacy, pregnancy, parenting and pediatric, and menopause services.401(k) plan with 4% employer matching on the total salaryPaid parental leave to support you and your little onesWellbeing support with qualified therapistsWFH program with remote online events (Coffee chats, team events, games, etc.)Monthly perk stipend to choose the perks that matter most to youAdjust provides a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance rewards approach.

    Total compensation at Adjust is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

    Depending on the position offered, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits.
