    The Collier Companies is looking for an Executive Assistant

    This position is based in Gainesville, Florida at The Collier Companies Florida Home Office, providing great natural surroundings and various educational, cultural, and business opportunities. Gainesville is highly ranked as one of the best places to reside in the United States.

    The Executive Assistant role is a full-time support position reporting to the Vice President of Operations. The ideal candidate should excel in planning, prioritizing, and executing tasks promptly. Building strong internal and external relationships is a must. Being personable, adaptable to new technology, virtual meeting platforms, and scheduling systems is essential.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Detail-oriented self-starter with prior Real Estate Operations experience
    • Shows good judgment in decision-making and prioritization
    • Energetic and open to new projects
    • Comfortable interacting with senior executives
    • Team player with the ability to build positive relationships
    • Resourceful with a can-do attitude
    • Thrives in a dynamic environment

    Your Skills - Demonstrate Your Abilities:

    • 1+ year in an assistant property manager role preferred
    • Organization of team member anniversaries and travel bookings
    • Support for events and resident engagement
    • Aiding in site audits, vendor compliance, and new team member onboarding
    • Coordination of meetings, events, and travel arrangements
    • Data research and summarization abilities
    • High proficiency in written and verbal communication
    • Acting as a point of contact for resident issues
    • Experience with Entrata is a plus
    • Proficient in Microsoft suite tools
