    Description

    Jessie Trice Community Health System is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a critical role that requires discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently. Other Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

    Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

    Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents

    Conduct research and compile data for various reports and presentations

    Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for the CEO

    Screen phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries on behalf of the CEO

    Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items

    Transcribe meeting minutes and maintain accurate records

    Provide general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and copying documents

    Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings

    Attend meetings on CEO's behalf.

    Details of Education and Skills:

    Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare Administration; Master's preferred.

    Experience in healthcare setting is a great plus.

    Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives

    Proficient in using phone systems, Google Suite, and other office software

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills ( Proficiency in English is a must)

    Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information

    Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
