    Real Hearing USA is in search of an exceptional Executive Assistant, based in South Florida, to directly support our CEO. This role is not just about administrative tasks; it's about being a key player in our CEO's mission to enhance lives through hearing care and wellness.     As an Executive Assistant, you will be a vital part of this journey, supporting our CEO in her mission to create a significant impact in the lives of those affected by hearing loss.

    Responsibilities

    • Proficiency in navigating a myriad of emails and traditional correspondence, as well as the skill to identify items that raise a "red flag" or require immediate action by the CEO and any other member of the Executive Team
    • Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Management Team, assisting in scheduling and attending all meetings
    • Run and analyze reports for various departments and provide recommendations.
    • Attend weekly management meetings, provide minutes for follow-up, and draft slides.
    • Ongoing communication with company managers regarding business strategies, development, and upcoming acquisitions
    • Arranges complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for travel-related meetings
    • Desire and ability to accommodate all CEO requests
    • Schedules and organizes all corporate-sponsored functions and community outreach and assists in planning and funding employee recognition events
    • Trains others in the use of software, equipment, and other office systems
    • Ability to exercise a high degree of personal integrity, tact, discretion, and judgment
    • Is exceptionally loyal, holds all information highly confidential, and demonstrates grace under pressure
    • Serves as the right-hand person to the CEO and is the first point of contact
    • Acts as a "barometer," having a sense of the issues taking place and keeping the CEO updated
    • Supports all C-Level Executives on an as-needed and prioritized basis, including liaising with and guiding all newly hired Executive Management
    • Demonstrates leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support from senior management staff
    • Builds relationships crucial to the organization's success and manages various special projects, some of which may have organizational impacts
    • Provides a bridge for smooth communications between the CEO and internal departments
    • Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with C-Level Executives, staff members, manufacturers, consultants, vendors, and external partners

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5-7 years of related experience as a Senior Executive Assistant
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
    • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
    • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with excellent follow-up skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Hybrid role with a willingness to work on and off-site, including the CEO's home office
    • Monday through Friday schedule, including some occasional nights and weekends
    • Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and honest
    • Practical and efficient
    • Positive attitude, team player, effectively navigates diverse personalities and thrives in fast-paced environments
    • Personable and polite, with excellent people skills, gracious and resilient
    • Flexible and able to accommodate spontaneous changes to routines and plans
    • Able to withstand deep background, credit, and reference checks
    • Willing to take a pre-employment personality test and drug screen
    • Long-term intent
