    Description

    Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.
    The
    Marketing Manager is responsible for developing multi-channel marketing strategies to improve health outcomes and lower cost of care.

    How You Will Make an Impact
    Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

    • Operates as a collaborative partner with internal teams to implement, manage and measure new marketing strategies.
    • Takes end-to-end ownership to ensure appropriate awareness and engagement at various stages of member lifecycle.
    • Supports the strategy and ongoing evolution of the brand tone-of-voice across all channels.
    • Uses data/insights, competitor analysis, and industry trends to inform strategic development —represents marketing as a thought leader.
    • Develops project brief and completes all components before execution—ensures every strategy has a robust measurement plan.
    • Ongoing oversight of active communications even after launch (includes collateral and direct to member).
    • Accountable for demonstrating Elevance Health's five leadership expectations: Inspiring a high-performing culture, partnering to win, leading with purpose and heart, promoting talent excellence, and innovating for all stakeholders. Acting with integrity and doing the right thing are fundamental to delivering on our promise to the stakeholders who depend upon us.

    Minimum requirements

    • Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

    • Healthcare industry marketing experience.
