Description
The Labrie Group is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and maintaining brand and marketing strategies to meet companywide organizational and financial objectives.
The ideal candidate is a versatile, collaborative leader with strong experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, leading others, execution of day-to-day details and meeting deadlines to accomplish companywide goals.
Required:
Proven experience developing and managing marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns, as well as customer and market research
3-5 years' experience in hospitality and/or entertainment industry
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Experience with relevant software applications and basic knowledge of website development
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
Reside within 45-minute commute to Portsmouth
What You Will Do:
Develop and maintain cohesive brand image for The Labrie Group and all its organizations to ensure that the brand's presence in the market effectively communicates the intended message and values to the target audience, fostering brand loyalty and preference
Build a unique story and experience for customers, connecting them with The Labrie Group and all its products and services, and developing a brand strategy that sets the company apart from competitors
Collaborate across marketing areas, working closely with various marketing teams, including research, content, design, social media, and digital marketing, and advising these teams on branding strategy, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity
Analyze market data for trends and insights, using data to inform decisions and guide branding/marketing efforts
Manage branding projects through different stages of development and oversee budgets to support branding initiatives
Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support, external support, and driving collaboration
Maintain relationships with company stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging
Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across The Labrie Group and all its organizations
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
Expand and develop marketing platforms while creating brand and messaging consistency for The Labrie Group and all its organizations
Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activity and results
Establish, execute, and manage marketing budget
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leadership about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
