    **Peirce-Phelps** is currently seeking **Counter Sales / Customer Service Associate** candidates in our **Lancaster, PA** location.

    The **Counter Sales** Associate will be a key part of the daily sales and operations of our HVAC distribution location.

    **Peirce-Phelps** offers competitive pay and a career path training program.

    The perfect candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer centric distribution/warehouse environment and provide top level customer service to our large customer base and will be responsible for sales, order processing, inventory control and other operational needs that arise during the workday.

    **Responsibilities:**

    As a Counter Sales Representative, you will:

    Build relationships with our customers

    Create the perfect customer experience

    Interactive order entry

    Pick and consolidate orders

    Replenish the counter area

    Enjoy customer sales calls

    Receive career path training and advancement

    **Qualifications:**

    A positive attitude

    A desire to succeed

    A willingness to learn

    Great customer service and communication skills

    2+ years counter sales or customer service experience

    Hvac industry experience a HUGE plus
