Description
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual to collect and process account receivables and provide customer service.We are a small business with a close employee base to provide highest levels of customer service in all aspects of our jobs.
Qualifications:
- School in Accounting, Finance, or related field would be appreciated
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics, Great Plains and Sage
- Strong understanding of financial concepts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle delinquent collections and negotiate payment terms
- Experience with data entry and corporate accounting practices
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes
- Experience in customer service and order entry
- Process backorders.
