- Showcase, endorse, and extend our products/services with strong reasoning to both existing and potential customers.

- Build and nurture positive customer and business relationships.
- You'll mainly be fielding inbound calls from new and existing customers, assisting them with service inquiries and scheduling.
- Collaborate with teammates and other departments to streamline the sales process.
- Keep management in the loop with reports on customer requirements, issues, preferences, competition, and opportunities for new offerings.
Your Skill Set:
- Proven history as a customer service expert.
- Excellent command of MS Office.
- Driven by motivation and targets, backed by a strong customer service record.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Effective at managing priorities, time, and organization.
- Fluency in Spanish is a preferred.
