    Pay: $16.25/hour + shift differential

    Schedule: M-F 10AM-7PM

    Workday Days: Monday through Friday

    $750 sign on bonus

    Answer inbound calls from Voice Auth lines of business. Look for authorization code approvals and assist merchants. Accurately answer merchant basic questions. Accurately answer product features questions.Utilize all resources provided by Global applications to resolve basic customer support and technical inquiries efficiently while portraying a professional, courteous and respectful demeanor. Must meet quality, productivity, attendance, educational and punctuality standards
