    Description

    We are in search of an individual who possesses creativity, experience, enthusiasm, organization, and self-motivation to join our team as a Merchandise Marketing Assistant. This position offers growth opportunities for those who are passionate and willing to exceed the job requirements. Based in Los Angeles, CA, this role is part of the company's Marketing and Ecommerce team.

    Role Overview:

    • Coordinate photo shoot schedules
    • Manage model bookings, send call sheets, and prepare samples for shoots
    • Develop seasonal marketing materials such as look books and imagery
    • Enhance images and maintain the marketing asset library
    • Collaborate with third-party agencies for social media coordination
    • Create and update sales and marketing reports
    • Support the customer service team with wholesale account requirements
    • Aid in uploading products for ecommerce
    • Contribute to catalog creation through graphic design and copywriting
    • Assist in organizing and styling photo shoots
    • Organize and maintain the marketing assets library including images and video content
    • Enhance company presentations and case studies
    • Process purchase orders, invoices, and generate basic financial reports
    • Assist in special projects, research, and data compilation

    Desired Skills and Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in the apparel industry
    • Preferably experienced in Ecommerce
    • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop and InDesign
    • Previous copywriting experience
    • Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, and style
