    As an Entry-Level Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting financial decision-making processes within our organization. You will assist in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to ensure the company's financial health and growth.     Entry-Level Financial Analyst Responsibilities:

    • Financial Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of financial data, including but not limited to income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
    • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information and ensure accuracy in financial projections
    • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making processes. Analyze different scenarios and provide insights into potential outcomes
    • Variance Analysis: Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted and forecasted figures. Investigate variances, identify key drivers, and communicate findings to management
    • Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular financial reports to management and other stakeholders. Ensure reports are clear, concise, and provide actionable insights
    • Ad Hoc Analysis: Support special projects and initiatives by providing financial analysis and insights as required. Contribute to cross-functional teams to address specific business challenges
    • Data Management: Maintain integrity and accuracy of financial data in relevant systems and databases. Implement improvements in data collection, validation, and reporting processes
    • Industry Research: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial analysis. Apply knowledge to enhance decision-making processes within the organization

    Entry-Level Financial Analyst Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities
    • Prior internship or relevant work experience in finance is a plus
