Company Description
The Financial Analyst is responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and reporting Global capital authorizations and expenditures, and supporting International Therapeutics affiliates with their RCE submissions.
The Financial Analyst will also assist with the preparation of presentation materials for forecasting cycles and will work with Senior Analysts and the Associate Director on ad hoc projects within the team.
- Administrator of the RCE process which includes managing requisitions, providing guidance, and ensuring compliance with corporate policy.
- Support the planning and reporting of International Commercial capital expenditures.
- Assist with variance analysis and commentary for planning cycles and management reporting.
- Provide accurate and timely financial planning and analysis deliverables
- Subject matter expert on using the Rapid RCE tracking system.
- Consolidate Global Commercial Capital submissions and prepare presentation materials to be included in the VP planning cycle reviews.
- Perform ad hoc analyses and assist with special projects or initiatives, as assigned, which vary based on AbbVie's business transactions and priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- 4+ years accounting/finance experience
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, must be detailoriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to successfully interact with affiliates/areas & senior management
- Proficiency in Excel is required and experience in SAP, BPC, and PowerBI is preferred

- The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
